An 'Optical eye' is very important if you are 
planning to print and cut - i.e. for making decoupage cards.


This is also important if you are printing t-shirts and wish
to cut out the 'square' background after producing
your t-shirt transfer.

A cutter with an optical eye will enable you to import images
into the software to create cut lines around the image.
This help you to accurately cut around images after
 printing. You cannot achieve this with a cutter that
does not have an optical eye feature.

Cutting force has been boosted by 50% (up to maximum 230g), meaning the new model cuts a wider range of media; even cutting tough scrapbooking papers is trouble-free. The software on the Craft Robo II has been enhanced, making cutting or perforating even the most complicated shapes easy. Now there's no longer any need to take scanned images into other software for autotracing, everything can now be done simply and accurately in RoboMaster.

Whether it's accents, titles, or shaped apertures to frame photos in scrapbooking; perforated pop-ups or repeats for decoupage in card making; the Craft Robo II makes it simple. The Craft Robo is so simple, it is ideal for producing wedding place settings, memento boxes, stickers, and to cut heat transfer images.

 

And good news for Mac users - the Craft Robo II now has an Adobe Illustrator plug-in for Macs.
